As I promised, the exhibition "le goût de la mémoire" started travelling. After Ferme-Asile at Sion, the next stop was the restaurant "Quai de l'ours" at Orsières. This time, there was no installation in situ but many works always about the same questions: Where we come from? What gave us our identity? What construct us? What is memory and how it works?
